Hill Country Hangout 2025

Come join the San Antonio BMW Riders Association and motorcyclists from around the country at this year’s Hill Country Hangout (HCH) while enjoying several days of beautiful springtime weather in the incredible Texas Hill Country. The Hill Country, situated in some of the best riding in Central Texas, is just minutes from Hwy 16 and the Three Sisters and presents some of the most spectacular scenery and panoramas offered anywhere in Texas.
The HCH is being held at the Kerrville-Schreiner Park, Kerrville, Texas. The park is a 517-acre recreation and camping area on the Guadalupe River. State Hwy 173 splits the park into two sides, the Hill Side (larger side) and the River Side (smaller side on the Guadalupe). Please note, use the Hill Side entrance at the intersection of State Park Rd 19 and FM 173, NOT the Rive Side entrance located at the opposite side of FM 173. (GPS coordinates are: 30.011739, -99.122925).
The Entry Fee is just $50 for which you receive 2 nights of tent camping, dinner Friday and Saturday nights, door prizes, and more. There’s also a poker run for an additional five dollars and a 50/50 Raffle.
Mini-cabins are available for an additional fee and are in the Midway Mini-Cabin loop and High Point area. Mini cabins sell out quickly so reserve yours soonest beginning January 1, 2025. Tent camping in the Fawn Hide-a-Way Loop.

Online registration runs from January 1, 2025 to midnight March 25, 2025. After March 25th, the Entry Fee increases to $60 and payable onsite with cash or check only.
HCH 2025 is a rain or shine event.

Rally Accommodations Camping
Tents
Tent camping is included in the rally fee. Fawn loop sites #45-#65. Sites have tables, plenty of trees and there is water available nearby. This is a tent-only area. There is a restroom with showers in the Fawn Hide-a-Way Loop.
Cabins
For an additional fee, there are a limited number of cabins available (Midway Mini cabins 17-23 and High Point) situated around rally central. Each cabin can accommodate four people (two bunk beds), tables, chairs, electrical outlets, heating, and AC. Cabins are first-come, first-served.
RV
RV’s are NOT allowed in the rally camping area. There are RV sites available in the park in nearby loops. Please contact the Park Office at (830) 257-7300 or email inquiries to kerrpark@kerrvilletx.gov.

Registration
Online registration begins January 1, 2025 and ended March 25, 2025. Beginning March 26, the registration fee is $60 onsite by cash or check only. The venue is restricted to Registered Participants - unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted in any area where SA BMW RA has contracted with Kerrville Parks and Recreation. The Hill Country Hangout is a Rain or Shine event! Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Kerrville Parks & Recreation or SA BMW RA.
