This Release of Liability and Acceptance of Personal Liability (Form) is required to be executed by all club members, honorary members, and guests attending Club Rallies and participating in Club Rides. Failure to sign the Form will result in that rider’s inability to participate in Club Rallies and Club Rides. The Form is required to be executed only once and covers future Club Rallies and Club Rides. The executed Form must be turned over to an authorized Club member to be filed.
