Join the San Antonio BMW Riders Association April 19-21, 2024 at Kerrville-Schreiner Park in the Texas Hill Country for a few days of beautiful springtime!
Registration is Available On-Site Only
The rally camping will be in the Fawn Hide-a-Way loop; dining hall and mini-cabins in the Midway Mini-Cabin loop and High Point area. The GPS coordinates for the entrance to the Park at State Park Rd 19 and FM 173 are 30.011739, -99.122925. Note that this is NOT the same as the entrance to the river side of the park which is on the opposite side of FM 173. Rally Check-In opens at noon in the dining hall in the Midway Mini-Cabin Loop on April 19th.
The Hill Country Hangout 2024 is a rain or shine event. The rally fee of $55 includes two nights of tent camping, Friday and Saturday night dinner, an optional poker run (additional $5 entry fee), and door prizes and awards. You will be situated in some of the best riding in Central Texas - minutes from Highway 16 and the Three Sisters.
The Rally $55 fee may be paid on-site by check or cash only.

Rally Accommodations Camping
Tents
Tent camping is included in the rally fee. Fawn loop sites #45-#65. Sites have tables, plenty of trees and there is water available nearby. This is a tent-only area. There is a restroom with showers in the Fawn Hide-a-Way Loop.
Cabins-SOLD OUT
For an additional fee, there are a limited number of cabins available (Midway Mini cabins 17-23 and High Point) situated around rally central. Each cabin can accommodate four people (two bunk beds), tables, chairs, electrical outlets, heating, and AC. Cabins are first-come, first-served.
RV
RV’s are NOT allowed in the rally camping area. There are RV sites available in the park in nearby loops. Please contact the Park Office at (830) 257-7300 or email inquiries to kerrpark@kerrvilletx.gov.

Registration
Online registration began January 1, 2024 and ended April 5, 2024. Beginning April 6, the $55 registration is onsite by cash or check only. The venue is restricted to Registered Participants - unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted in any area where SA BMW RA has contracted with Kerrville Parks and Recreation. The Hill Country Hangout is a Rain or Shine event! Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by Kerrville Parks & Recreation or SA BMW RA.
