Members met News Years Day at Luckenbach for the annual photo shoot. The Luckenbach post office used for the backdrop for the photo was built in 1886 while the town itself was first established in 1849. As for the Club, it is celebrating its 50th birthday and presently it has 227 active members. While most live within 50 miles of San Antonio, the others are geographically disbursed across West and South Texas and undoubtedly found the opportunity too distant to participate. Those who did come had a great time talking, getting reacquainted with one another and making plans to attend the Hill Country Hangout.
