Ten Club members met Saturday, March 22nd, to help improve the environment by removing litter along the shoulders of Club’s Adopt-A-Highway stretch of Farm Road 473. The guys collected a wide variety of litter including bones, beer and soda cans, and other miscellaneous trash. The task took just an hour and a half under cloudy skies with pleasant temperatures making for an enjoyable event. Upon completing the litter pickup, the crew journeyed on to the Longhorn restaurant in Boerne for comradery and a bite. There was also some motorcycle evaluations performed in the parking lot to help diagnose some cycle-related issues. A couple of members met for the first time and are now joining up to attend the infamous TT motorcycle races on the Isle of Man.
These events are a great way to meet fellow members, exchange interests, and learn something about your bike.
