This is where the band played at the rally campgrounds at the city park.  I met Paul and Jackie in Raton, NM and we rode in from there.  You'll have to ask Jackie how much she likes new tires (especially on Hwy 92 in CO).  The lake is Gunnison lake and the valley with the river is on a day ride.  The picture of the Mesa is from Grand Mesa at over 9,000 feet elevation.  Dave met us at the rally as did Chuck & Ruby (ask her about suicidal Colorado deer).  Great ride - John.
